Filing a Glass Damage Claim with Fesler USA

At Fesler USA, we take pride in delivering high-quality, American-made flush mount glass for your vehicle. However, we understand that during shipping, unforeseen damages can occur. To ensure a seamless replacement process, please follow the steps outlined below if your glass arrives damaged.

If your glass arrives damaged, follow these steps to file a claim and request a replacement.


Step 1: Inspect Your Shipment

• Carefully inspect the glass and packaging for damage before signing the delivery receipt.

• If you notice damage, write a clear description of the issue on the Bill of Lading (BOL) or delivery receipt. This is required for processing your claim.


Step 2: Accept the Shipment

• Do not refuse the shipment, even if the glass is damaged. Refusing a shipment will result in a $300 return/refusal fee per package or pallet.


Step 3: Report the Damage Immediately

• Contact Fesler USA as soon as possible to report the damage.

• Your order number

• A description of the damage

• Photos of the damaged glass and packaging


Step 4: Retain All Packaging

• Keep all original packaging materials and the damaged glass until the claims process is complete. These materials may be required for evaluation.


Step 5: Replacement Process

• Fesler USA will evaluate your claim based on the information you provide.

• If approved, we will replace the damaged glass at no additional cost.

• Replacement glass will be shipped to your specified address.


Important Notes

• Report damage immediately upon delivery. Delays may affect your eligibility for replacement.

• All glass sales are final. Replacements are provided for damaged items, but refunds or returns are not accepted.

• Test-fit all flush mount glass within 60 days of receipt to maintain eligibility for fitment support or assistance.
