General Returns
- Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date for unused, uninstalled, and undamaged items in their original packaging.
- Process: To initiate a return, contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
- Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee applies to all returned items to cover inspection and repackaging costs.
- Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom Orders: Products customized to customer specifications are non-returnable.
- Installed Items: Items that have been installed or show signs of installation are not eligible for return.
- Special Orders: Certain special-order items may be non-returnable; this will be communicated at the time of purchase.
Damaged or Defective Items
